“I had been suffering with a bad case of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my right wrist for about a year. It was caused by sitting at my desk for hours on end using the mouse and keyboard, plus using my laptop when not at my desk. I was having numbness in my fingers and pain in my wrist that shot up to my elbow. The constant pain made doing my job miserable because I do a lot of typing, and even using my phone was uncomfortable.

I tried everything: ergonomic keyboard, trackball, wrist brace and massage. All those things combined gave me some relief, but wearing the brace all day long was getting really uncomfortable.
