Avocado on the Half Shell

Ingredients
- 1 Small, Ripe Tomato
- 10 Pitted Olives
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- Dulse Flakes
Method
- Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Dice tomato, pepper and olives, mix in bowl and spoon into avocado. Sprinkle on dulse flakes and serve.
