This chocolaty, nutty smoothie is quick, easy, and loaded with nutrients to blast you through your day. Brazil nuts are the number one plant source of the mineral selenium, as well as an excellent source of protein. Raw cacao is rich in magnesium, iron, and antioxidants. 3…2…1… Blast off!!
Ingredients:
12oz almond milk
3-5 Brazil nuts
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 banana
Directions:
Soak the Brazil nuts overnight. Strain the water, and combine the nuts with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
