Get your greens with these tasty little superfood bites! Loaded with vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein, they're super quick to prepare and super yummy. Keep them chilled for a cold treat on a hot day!

Ingredients
- 1/2 c Superfood Smoothie Mix
- 1/4 c raw oats
- 1/4 c shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp cacao butter, melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Yacon Syrup
- 2 tsp Sun Is Shining Supergreens
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
- Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
- 3 Tbsp water
- Top with shredded coconut or cinnamon
Method
- In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the Superfood Smoothie Mix, oats, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, cacao powder, Sun Is Shining, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted cacao butter, almond butter and yacon syrup. Then mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
- Add water slowly, 1 Tbsp at a time, until you have a moist consistency.
- Scoop 1 teaspoon at a time and roll into balls.
- Coat in shredded coconut, or dust in cinnamon if desired. Refrigerate and enjoy!
