Chocolate Covered Mangos

This simple and easy recipe is a perfectly sweet treat for when that sweet tooth is calling! It's super easy to make your own chocolate to drizzle over any fruits or nuts, but it pairs especially well with the citrus-sweetness of Dried Mango Slices. Added Maca Powder gives this recipe a kick of energy boosting, stress relieving, hormone balancing superfood goodness!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cacao Butter
- 1 Cup Cacao Paste
- ¼ Cup Yacon Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 2 Cups Mangos
Preparation
Melt cacao butter and cacao paste over very low heat or in a dehydrator. Combine with all other ingredients except mangos in high speed blender. Blend thoroughly. Pour mixture over mangos. Place into the freezer for approximately 10 minutes to set. Delicious!!
