Cinnamon Chocolate Maca Bars

Containing creamy raw cashews, energy-boosting cacao, and no cooking, these delicious maca bars are easy to make and are the perfect snack to supercharge your day.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- ½ cup maca
- 1 cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup cacao butter
- A dash of Kalahari salt
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1/8 cup raw honey
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 pinch cayenne
Preparation:
Soak cashews overnight. Melt cacao butter and coconut oil over very low heat, or in an dehydrator. In a blender, grind the cashews first. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend on high. Flatten mixture into a small pan and freeze for 10 minutes. Remove from the freezer and cut into squares. Enjoy!
