Wild Jungle Peanut Butter Bars

These delicious bars are easy to make and are always a big hit at parties or in kid’s lunches. Whip up a batch and watch the crowd go wild!
Peanut Butter Layer:
1 Cup Wild Amazonian Jungle Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp maca
2 tsp mesquite
½ tsp Himalayan or Kalahari salt
¼ cup agave nectar or yacon
¼ cup cashews
Chocolate Layer:
½ cup cacao paste
½ cup cacao butter
¼ cup agave nectar or yacon
1 tsp vanilla powder
½ tsp Himalayan or Kalahari salt
Optional Toppings:
½ cup cacao nibs
½ cup Wild Amazonian Jungle Peanuts
For Peanut Butter Layer:
Grind dry cashews to make a cashew flour. Add the flour with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and hand-mix thoroughly. Spread into a brownie or casserole pan to make a bottom layer for the bars.
For Chocolate Layer:
Melt cacao paste and cacao butter in dehydrator. Blend thoroughly in high speed blender. Spread a thick layer on top of the peanut butter layer.
Optional Layer:
Chop peanuts and mix with cacao nibs. Sprinkle on top of chocolate layer.
Cover pan and put in refrigerator or freezer to set for ½ to 1 hour. Yum!!
