Going Strong All Day Long

Camu Camu Powder has more Vitamin C than almost any other fruit, which makes it an excellent choice for improving immunity. MSM helps to support healthy joints and connective tissue. Combine these two Superfoods with the delicious flavors of Pineapple, Mango, and Coconut, and you’ve got a smoothie to keep you going strong all day long!
Ingredients
½ Cup Frozen or Fresh Pineapple Chunks
½ Cup Frozen or Fresh Mango Pieces
1 Young Coconut, or 2 Cups Coconut Juice
½ - 1 tsp Sunfood Camu Camu Powder
2 tsp – 2 Tablespoons MSM Powder
Directions
1. Split the young coconut. Pour the coconut water into a high-powered blender, and scoop out the coconut meat and add it to the coconut water. You can also substitute Coconut Juice.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a high-powered blender.
3. Blend on high for 30 seconds, and Enjoy!
