Ingredients
- 1 cup Sunfood Cacao Nibs
- 1 cup Sunfood Cacao Butter
- 2 cups hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp Sunfood Cacao Powder
- 1/2 cup low-glycemic sweetener (i.e coconut palm sugar or yacon)
- 1 tsp Sunfood Himalayan Pink Salt
Method
- Melt cacao butter over low heat.
- Place all ingredients in food processor and process thoroughly until smooth.
- Put in glass container and place in the refrigerator to set.
