Honey Glazed Mesquite Nut Cluster

Pumpkin seeds, Cashews, Almonds, Cacao Nibs and Golden Berries are drenched in a layer of Wee Bee Honey and Mesquite, lightly topped with Coconut Palm Sugar & Pink Himalayan Salt for an unbelievable snack experience!
- ½ cup of Almonds (coarsely chopped)
- ½ cup of Cashews (Chopped or Whole)
- ¼ cup of Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 oz. Cacao Nibs
- 3 tsp Coconut Palm Sugar
- 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 3 tbsp Mesquite Powder
- 3-4 tbsp WeeBee Honey
Chop the nuts and add Pumpkin Seeds. Combine Honey and Mesquite in separate bowl, add nut mixture. Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet and sprinkle salt, sugar & ½ tsp mesquite on top. Freeze until solid & enjoy!
