Raw Caesar Salad

Featuring the healthy omega–3 power of hemp oil, there is now a delicious and raw Caesar Salad that everyone can enjoy. This refreshing salad is great for lunch, dinner or any time you’re in the mood.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. of hemp oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of almonds
- Sea salt (to your individual liking)
- Kelp powder (to your individual liking)
- Juice from 1 lemon
- water
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
Preparation:
- Place hemp oil, garlic, almonds and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and mix on low.
- Add water as needed until it is smooth and liquidly.
- Add kelp powder and sea salt a little at a time until the flavor suits your liking.
- Toss with chopped romaine lettuce and serve!
