Raspberry Lucuma Smoothie

This recipe can almost be called a pudding, it's so thick! A great, creative way to use lucuma powder, which gives it a rich, sweet, maple flavor alongside the raspberry.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked
- 1-1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup lucuma powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy!
