This savory dressing adds pizzazz to your salad, plus it's loaded with nutritional benefits! Olive oil is a healthy fat source, mesquite contains fiber, calcium and magnesium, and maca is an energizing superfood packed with minerals. The best part: the taste of this dressing is out of this world! Serves 6-8 people 1 cup olive oil Soak the sun-dried tomatoes for one hour in advance. Blend the tomatoes, the flavored soak water, and all remaining ingredients in a high speed blender. Add additional water to reach desired consistency. Enjoy! |
