Here is a delicious way to get your MSM, a sulfur compound that supports joint health and beautiful skin. Sweetened with low glycemic coconut palm sugar, this is a fruity, refreshing beverage sure to be a crowd pleaser!
¾ - 1 cup Coconut Palm Sugar 2 freshly squeezed lemons 5 cups water 1 cup blueberries ½ tsp MSM Powder
THROW IT ALL IN A BLENDER. VOILA!
