The Cacao and Banana Smoothie is a protein filled, antioxidant-rich drink that is great for after a workout or anytime throughout the day when you need to recharge your batteries.
Raw Cacao and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of your choice (almond, coconut, etc)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey or Yacon Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Cacao Powder (try Cacao nibs for extra texture)
Method
- Place the nut milk, ice, banana, raw honey and cacao in Vita-Mix blender
- Blend on high until smooth and all of the ingredients are combined
- Pour and enjoy!
