Warming Overnight Oats (Gluten Free)

Our latest obsession is with Overnight Oats. It makes a perfect breakfast and suits the season nicely. Cold mornings usually call for a heartier breakfast, and overnight oats are a perfect option.

Overnight oats are just that, oats you prepare overnight. A bit of oatmeal, a pinch of salt, a dash of cinnamon, a good helping of your favorite non-dairy milk, and sprinkle in some superfoods. Et voila, breakfast is ready.
