Warming Overnight Oats (Gluten Free)
Our latest obsession is with Overnight Oats. It makes a perfect breakfast and suits the season nicely. Cold mornings usually call for a heartier breakfast, and overnight oats are a perfect option.
Overnight oats are just that, oats you prepare overnight. A bit of oatmeal, a pinch of salt, a dash of cinnamon, a good helping of your favorite non-dairy milk, and sprinkle in some superfoods. Et voila, breakfast is ready.Pink Himalayan Salt | Coconut Palm Sugar | Geletanized Maca Powder |
Warming Overnight Oats (Gluten Free)

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats (you can use gluten free kind if preferred)
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp Lucuma
- 1 Tbsp Maca
- 2 tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
- 1 pinch of Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Start by adding water to a sauce pan, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil
- Once boiling, add rolled oats and bring to a simmer
- Then, add lucuma, maca, and coconut palm sugar
- Stir every few minutes for 15-20 minutes depending on desired thickness.
- Top with dried fruit, chopped walnuts, a splash of nut milk to make extra creamy and enjoy on a cozy morning!
