  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake macadamia nuts on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Shake pan halfway through. Let cool for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Place nuts in a high speed blender (I used my Vitamix) and blend on low speed until creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. This will take a few minutes. If you’re using your food processor, process until creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  3. Add the beet powder, coconut sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more salt or coconut sugar if desired.
  4. Enjoy! Store in an airtight jar at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. You can store it in the fridge for longer if needed. It will just firm up in the fridge.
