Ingredients


  • 1 Small, Ripe Tomato
  • 10 Pitted Olives
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • Dulse Flakes

Method

  1. Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Dice tomato, pepper and olives, mix in bowl and spoon into avocado. Sprinkle on dulse flakes and serve.
