    Chlorella is a microscopic single-celled freshwater algae and is a potent superfood that can help nourish the body. The rich emerald-green color comes from the abundance of chlorophyll.
     
    Our chlorella is gently dried after harvest, then the cell walls are broken using a chemical-free pressure-and-release technique. This allows for the optimal absorption of this superfood. The broken cell wall chlorella powder is then stamped into easy-to-use tablets. Chlorella tablets are an excellent source of immunity-supporting vitamin D.

    Country of Origin: We source from both Taiwan and South Korea.

    Growing Method: Taiwan: Outdoor pools with natural sunlight. South Korea: Controlled indoor pools.

    Cell Wall Breaking Method: Pressure-Release, chemical-free

    Broken cell wall chlorella (Chlorella pyrenoidosa)

    Net Wt 4 oz - approx. 450 tablets
    Each chlorella tablet contains about 250mg of chlorella

    Allergen Statement: Packaged in a facility that also processes peanuts and tree nuts.

    May contain a desiccant pack. Do not eat.

    Take 3-4 tablets 3 times per day. Take with water, blend into smoothies or eat out of the bag!

    Unlike many green foods, and particularly algae, our Chlorella tablets taste great. You may find yourself wanting to munch on them like nuts or seeds as they have a unique earthy, nutty flavor. You may even find yourself craving them. What that really means is that your body is craving the nutrients in chlorella.

    Because chlorella is a 100% natural food (not a drug) more can be taken than you would expect. It is not uncommon for people to take 20 tablets per day or more, but it is best to start with a few tablets and gradually build up. Tablets can be eaten with food or on an empty stomach.
