The A brand is made up of 4 blends. The Green Blend, the Antioxidant Blend, Fiber and Enzymes and Probiotics. This product might be less than 50% greens! Of that the first 3 ingredients on the greens blend are grasses. The O Brand has two blends but again its first two ingredients are Grasses. This is not what you want to see on your greens label. Grasses do not contain the robust nutrition of algae like spirulina and chlorella.
